Two years of Std. XI & XII are a student’s foundation years from a career perspective, especially for Commerce Students. In Std. XI, for the first time, the student is introduced to subjects like accounts and business studies. Economics too is a new subject for students coming from the state board.

Therefore, Chartered Accountancy assessment pattern is such that it tests the sufficiency of technical competence, professional skills and professional values, ethics and attitudes acquired during practical training.

Institute of Chartered Accountant of India has released the CA Foundation Syllabus. Candidates who want to appear for the exam must follow the official syllabus for the upcoming CA Foundation exam. This exam is conducted for students who have passed or going to appear for Class 12 board exam this year in order to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant.
CA Foundation exam consists of four papers. Once the candidates clear the CA Foundation exam, candidates have to further undergo various courses and exams to successfully become a Chartered Accountant. At this moment, aspirants do not have to worry about that and need to focus on their preparation for CA Foundation exam. They need to know the CA Foundation Syllabus and Exam Pattern to start their journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.
The Company Secretaries course is a professional course that trains people to take up the important position of Company Secretary in large organisations. In India, all companies having a paid up share capital of Rs. 10 crore or more are mandated to appoint a full time Company Secretary. The Company Secretary acts as a coordinator between the company management and its Board of Directors. The CS is required to review all legal documentation, ensuring the company is meeting the necessary government rules, regulations and mandates.
