Course Description
Assessment of professional competence of any professional course is essential to enhance the credibility of the profession by permitting only those who meet the profession’s competence requirements to become chartered accountants. Therefore, Chartered Accountancy assessment pattern is such that it tests the sufficiency of technical competence, professional skills and professional values, ethics and attitudes acquired during practical training.
The assessment of professional skills would also progress from “knowledge and comprehension” to “application and analysis” and “evaluation and synthesis” over different levels from Foundation to Final; as given below:
The CA final course covers the advanced knowledge of financial reporting, management accounting, strategic financial management, professional ethics, information systems control and advanced auditing.
Institute of Chartered Accountant of India has released the CA Foundation Syllabus. Candidates who want to appear for the exam must follow the official syllabus for the upcoming CA Foundation exam. This exam is conducted for students who have passed or going to appear for Class 12 board exam this year in order to pursue a career as a Chartered Accountant.
CA Foundation exam consists of four papers. Once the candidates clear the CA Foundation exam, candidates have to further undergo various courses and exams to successfully become a Chartered Accountant. At this moment, aspirants do not have to worry about that and need to focus on their preparation for CA Foundation exam. They need to know the CA Foundation Syllabus and Exam Pattern to start their journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.
Course Description
The Company Secretaries course is a professional course that trains people to take up the important position of Company Secretary in large organisations. In India, all companies having a paid up share capital of Rs. 10 crore or more are mandated to appoint a full time Company Secretary. The Company Secretary acts as a coordinator between the company management and its Board of Directors. The CS is required to review all legal documentation, ensuring the company is meeting the necessary government rules, regulations and mandates. With today’s start up and VC Funding culture, Company Secretary is becoming an important part of negotiations, arbitrations, mergers and acquisitions.
As Indian economy gets increasingly corporatised, the demand for Company Secretaries will continue to surge, promising qualified professional exciting career opportunities with excellent remuneration.
About the Course

CS is a professional course having three key stages:

Plus 21 months of compulsory practical training (internship). This can be undertaken after successful completion of CS Executive Exam or CS Professional Exam
